May 29th (Memorial day)
What's going on during this month of your life?- You give kisses! Even though they are with your mouth wide open, they are so exciting to receive.
- You love songs and music 🎶
- Now this has been for quite a while (maybe starting around 4 months), but you seem to find comfort in having someone identify your body parts, especially your face.
- You are moving all throughout the house, though you are not that fast. 😉
- You don't really eat baby food all that much anymore. You love all sorts of fruit and will eat what ever we are eating for dinner. I think you like being miss independent and don't really want someone feeding you, you rather do it yourself (but you'll eat yogurt or whipped bananas no problem from a spoon).
- You are still our super smiley baby and oh-so-happy most of the time.
- You have been getting ear infections pretty regularly since starting daycare in February. 🙁
- As far as liquids are concerned, you are still exclusively on mommy's milk and still going strong. I think I might start giving you some water, you've tasted it and like it. Maybe only an ounce or so each day.
- You are so adorable when you wake up in the morning, you sit up and the only thing you can see is your face peeking over the railing. The bed probably should be lowered soon but you don't attempt to stand up in your crib.
- You love knocking building blocks down or emptying out any filled toy bin.
- Of course, just my luck, you love stuffed animals (but it is so adorable to watch when you cuddle them).
- For a couple months now you've been talking a lot...mostly babbling, saying mama and dada and all sorts of sounds.
- You are ticklish (under neck, on thighs, belly and under the arms)
- You love when we do little piggies on your toes 🐖
- You also love the itsy bitsy spider and you especially LOVE peek-a-boo 👀
